Recently upgraded rooms were newly furnished with very comfortable bed. A kettle, terrace, and an air conditioning were great! Good and fab location, the public parking was available.

Super location, spacious room, friendly staff... Nice bathroom!
Very much traffic noise (but normal with the situation) and unfortunately no good wifi.

Quiet and charming hotel with perfect staff at check-out, everything was great. Room was immaculate and exceptional and available with bath and the bedside table plus an extra bed. The food they offered was splendid, had a good choice of meals.

Great location. Very large room.
The room service did not take used crockery with them, partly did not vacuum it and laid down too few towels. There is still room for improvement here.

in the very centre of Dublin, excellent location, huge bed, good for business travelers
first they put us in one of the old rooms, only when we specifically requested to be put in a refurbished room did they move us. The room we got was extremely cold, it took 2 days to get warmer, and it was end of May! There was no fridge in the room, unfortunate for us, as we had some medicine that had to be kept cold. We kept it in the hotel kitchen instead, very inconvenient to get it in the middle of the night ...no bathtube, we couldnt bathe our little son. I would not say it is really a 4 star hotel, looked more like 3 star. Not very good cleanliness.

The big advantage of this hotel is its convenient location in the middle of the city and yet at one of Dublin's largest parks. At breakfast there was a very orderly buffet (for Full Irish Breakfast). Porridge was freshly prepared on request (at no extra cost). Bus from the airport: Airlink 757 (stops at the other end - diagonally - of St. Stephens Green).
The supply of sausages and cheese at breakfast was rather low. In addition, the purchase of a small refrigerated display case for these breakfast ingredients would be desirable.

Coming regularly to this hotel due to business, like the location and like the hotel flair as such, bar, ....
Room maintenance needs to be enhanced, showers are not inviting (tiles...) wallpaper could be fixed, aircondition is to be fixed....rooms could be better with so little efforts. Furthermore, it should be a default to register a "client profile" for those business travlers that are staying frequently at the hotel.

The Green offers a great location near St Stephens Green. Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast options were quite limited, and the bar only accepts card payments. There was some noise from bars outside, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

All staff very friendly, polite and efficient, location good as we were working only 10 minutes away - but also good for central Dublin.
Rooms have seen better days and the hotel has a slightly jaded feel. Having to pay for wi-fi access having paid £125 for the room seems a bit out of order!
